  • 0.5 cup --- coconut oil, Melted
  • 0.25 cup Coconut butter
  • 0.5 cup Coconut sugar
  • 0.75 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 level tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 0.5 cup dessicated coconut, Or shredded
  • 0.25 cup Raisins/ cranberries
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 level tbsp chia seeds

Recipe's preparation

  1. Melt oil, butter, sugar, honey and salt over a low temperature for 3 mins. remove from heat.

    add to rest of ingredients.

    spread into tin and flatten top.

    bake 2.0-30 mins at 160 degrees. Check after 15. Remove when edges brown and middle semi soft.

Can use paleo mix from aldi for seeds and fruit mix
