Gather
- 400 grams Oats,rolled, Or 4 cups of gluten free substitute
- 75 grams rice bubbles, Check for gluten if avoiding
- 110 grams nuttelex or butter
- 180 grams Rice malt syrup
- 140 grams brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Exract

Line a large slice tin with baking paper
Add Nuttelex or Butter, Rice malt syrup, Brown sugar and salt to the bowl. Cook for 6.5 mins varoma/steaming temp, speed 2 (the mix needs to boil for 2.5 mins)
Add all dry ingredients except toppings to the bowl. 20 sec "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3, scrape sides and continue for 10 more seconds
Poor into prepared tin, press down into tin (use a spoon as its hot) Chill before slicing.
Score the bars with a knife after you press it into the tin and bake for about 15 mins at 180c
The scoring makes slicing easy.

Tip
Store in an airtight container in the fridge
Use gluten free cereals instead of oats for gluten free, check your rice bubbles for gluten free
