- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 250 g Butter
- 130 g SR Flour or Wholemeal SR Flour
- 160 g desicated coconut
- 100 g raw sugar
- 2 tablespoon cocoa

1. Pre heat oven to 180
2. Mill seeds for 5sec/speed 8 – put aside
3. Melt butter 1 ½ min/ 100Deg/speed2.
4. Add seeds, flour, coconut, sugar & cocoa
5. Mix 30sec/sp 4
6. Scrape down sides & mix for another 10sec
7. Place in a lined slice dish
8. Bake at 180 for 20 30 min.
Will be soft to touch but will harden when cooling.
When cold Ice.
