- 1/3 cup milk

Insert butterfly and place all ingredients into "Closed lid"
mix on speed 4 for 3-4 minutes, mixture will be light and fluffy (mousse looking)
pour mixture into a greased and floured 28cm tin
Bake at 180c for 40-45 minutes
now the easy part!

This cake is also freezer friendly

Mine was a flop too didn't rise and and only put in for 30mins and it was burnt.. I thought it might be my flour but I used a different recipe and made cupcakes and they came out perfect.....
