Recipe's preparation

    now the easy part!
  1. Insert butterfly and place all ingredients into Closed lid"Closed lid"  

    mix on speed 4 for 3-4 minutes, mixture will be light and fluffy (mousse looking)

    pour mixture into a greased and floured 28cm tin

    Bake at 180c for 40-45 minutes

     Mine was a flop too didn't rise and and only put in for 30mins and it was burnt.. I thought it might be my flour but I used a different recipe and made cupcakes and they came out perfect.....

    Fast and simple to make.  I baked mine in an oblong tin so I could ice and slice it for kids' lunchboxes.  Thanks for the recipe.
