These were absolutely delicious and easy to make! I was also able to put them through my Tupperware Snack Press without any trouble.

    My kids love this !!
For a school snack, I added a little extra dried fruit and seeds instead of nuts.

i subed 1/2 the butter for coconut oil and halved the honey and sugar as it was too much with the added fruit but mine was very crumbly.  Should i add more butter/oil?

Yum yum, this is great recipe.  I had to keep the nuts out for childcare and I added a little bit of cocoa then called it the 'new chocolate slice'.  A lot healthier than the old chocolate slice.  I may try next time substituting the butter with some oil or yoghurt and see how it goes.  Thanks for the great recipe.

I haven't tried it as balls Susie P, next time I make it I will roll a few balls and test it out for you - I would guess that it would work but you would have to reduce the baking time - maybe to 10 minutes.
