- 180 grams plain flour
- 100 grams rolled oats
- 1/2 level teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Melt the butter for 1 minute speed 4"Counter-clockwise operation"
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 30 seconds speed 4"Counter-clockwise operation"
Pour into a cake or loaf tin and bake for 35-45 minutes
Allow to cool slightly before either icing as a whole or cutting into slices and spreading with butter
Tip
the kids will have great fun making this one with you
also suitable to make cup cake sized portions for lunch bozes etc
suitable for freezing for up to 6 months- double glad wrap to prevent freezer burn
