Easy to make and yum! Great for lunchbox treats and a great way to use up leftover weetbix. I had apple and cinnamon weetbix leftover but it was still great to use flavoured weetbix.

Not bad but I found it a bit too buttery. I iced it with melted milk chocolate.

    yummy.
The slice was a bit thin, but really yummy. Next time i might just dribble melted choc on the top as the icing is a bit sweet. Thanks.

This was a big hit and disappeared very quickly! I used gluten free flour and gluten free weetbix and it was still perfect. Made the icing a bit too runny but will use less hot water next time.

Yummy! For those of you like me who use the left over weetbix crumbs - three pieces of weetbix is 45g.
