These are a family favourite
Just made these with the kids - yum! I only used 100g of sugar and they turned out great!
Delicious! Thanks for a great recipe!
Great recipe. I added 260grams selfraising flour, 40 grams of Cacao. Delish
These muffins are lovely. My kids request them all the time.
Really nice, I made it into a square cake (cooked for a bit longer until done) and sliced it into 16 yummy pieces. I used butter and frozen raspberries.
Beautiful, definately will be making again
Very nice muffins, added some ground cinnamon to the mixture, super delicious, thanks for sharing
These taste absolutely yummy, however, I don't think the appearance of the muffin was that great. My fruit exploded, the muffins formed peaks that were off centre and there were also sections of crystallised sugar. Next time I'll reduce the sugar. Does anyone know how to stop the off centre peaks from happening??
These are a big hit in our house. I have subsituted the white choc for milk choc for times when I have had no white choc in the pantry. Also used strawberries or blueberries instead of raspberries.
