Ingredients
Dough
- 500 g plain flour
- 2 sachet yeast dry, or 14 g
- 220 g Milk, room temperature
- 100 g sugar
- 80 g Butter
- 1 --- egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Creme Fraiche Topping
- 2 --- egg white, beaten stiff
- 2 --- egg yolk
- 4 tbsp custard
- 1 pod crème fraiche, approx 250ml
Vanilla Custard
- 500 g Vanilla Custard, bought one or home made
Fruit
- 1000 g plums, or other fruit like apples, cherries, pear

mix all dough ingredients in TM bowl for 2Min/"Dough mode"
transfer dough into a clean bowl, cover and let rise in warm area for 30 minutes or until dough dobbles
roll out dough on grease baking tray
spread vanilla custrad on dough, except for about 4tbs
top with thin sliced fruit
Creme Fraiche Topping:
put egg white into really clean bowl
mix for 1-2 minutes speed 4 using the butterfly
add all remaining ingredients and mix for 10 seconds speed 1 or until mixed through
spread/ drissle over fruit
bake for 20 minutes on 180 degees celsius (Fan Forced)
Let cool down before cutting. Can befrozen.
