Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add rolled oats into mixing bowl mill 15 sec/ speed 8
  2. 2.Add dry spinach leaves into mixing bowl 2 sec / Turbo
  3. 3. Add baking powder, banana, cinamon, eggs & almond milk Mix 15sec / speed 6
  4. 4. cook on low heat 1/2mins each side

Tip

add chia seeds for additiaonal health benifits
add mix nutbutter or pennut butter for keto eating or extra flavour

    A huge hit with all 4 kids and hubby. I unfortunately missed out on getting to try one they were that popular. I used buttermilk instead of almond milk and added 1/4 tsp bi-carb soda. They have been requested for Christmas morning grinch breakfast pancakes.

    I used 2 eggs. Eggs are mentioned in the method but not in the ingredients.
