Recipe's preparation

    Pikelets
  1. Add all the ingredients to Closed lid"Closed lid" .

Mix for 20 seconds on Speed 5.

Scrape down the sides, if neccessary, and mix for 10 seconds on Speed 5

Place spoonfuls on the heated pan. Cook til bubbles appear then turn over and cook the other side.

Keep batches warm in your ThermoServer until all the pikelets are cooked.

Serve with butter, jam, syrup, or as desired.

Tip

This recipe can be doubled.

You can add a banana, broken into pieces, when mixing in the bowl for banana pikelets

Use the ThermoServer to keep all the pikelets warm while you cook the rest. It saves running the oven, not little hands in danger of getting burnt and everyone gets to eat warm pikelets all together.

Someone did a bit of research on recipes and copyright and this is what she found, reading up on the legalities of using someone else's recipe as your own -

    1. ingredients cannot be copyrighted but if you change three ingredients you can call the recipe your own (You have not done this).

    2. you are completely allowed to rewrite the recipe in your own words and in fact you should do this if it has been adapted (You have not done this).

    3. you should always attribute it back to its original source, even if it's just "inspired by" or "adapted from" (You have not done this)

and 4. You should not be using my photo.
