I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Cook or steam corn, and then cut kernels off the cobs. Use a spoon to scrape the cobs to remove any remaining pulp.
2. Place butter, flour, milk, sugar, salt and pepper into TM bowl and cook for 7 minutes/90degrees/speed 4.
3. Add in half the corn, and blend for 15 seconds, speed 5-6. This is to break up the kernels so you don’t have only whole corn in your mix.
4. Switch to , speed 3, and add the rest of the corn. Mix until incorporated.

Tip
Store in fridge, and enjoy! At this stage, don’t taste it, because you may not stop. It is yummy on a slice of toast with black pepper as a light lunch (grill cheese on top), lovely as a side dish on its own, and of course in my recipe for Corn Bread.

Awesome...thanks for the recipe...tastes amazing. I needed creamed corn for a dip...fabulous!
i Made this to use in a recipe and it will now be a staple in our house - I used what I needed for recipe and ate the rest 😂 it’s amazing - so easy and simple to make, I used a drained can of corn kernels and 30g of sugar and it tastes perfect, nice and thick and gets thicker as it cools, if you don’t eat it first!
Mine is quite runny what have I done wrong ?
Half batch worked wonderfully, had to cook for full time. Next time I will leave out sugar, but it was so beautiful.
Yum! Made this for creamed corn and chicken soup. Froze the other half for another dish.
I didn't add any sugar, as sweet corn was so sweet! I used half in the chicken and corn soup and ate the rest whike the soup was cooking! "Closed lid"
I never knew what creamed corn really was! Next time making this I will not add any sugar, as I used 20gamd found it waaaaay too sweet with the fresh corn we used.
