Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill the white rice for 1 1/2 minutes/speed 9.  Pour into a large container.  Repeat with the remaining rice and tapioca.  Add the xanthan gum to the flour mixture and stir together well.  This will make approx 1.3kg of flour.
