  1. Place all ingredients into TM Bowl. Turbo until desired consistency.

    This is wonderful with yoghurt. Also great sprinkled on porridge or other cereals.

    Also now adding pumpkin seeds and pepita seeds, about a handful of each into the mix.

    great-am now adding linseed, sunflower and chia to the mix-just about 1tbsp of each but up to you. Also hazelnut and macadamia for special occasions! Enjoy.

    This is such an easy recipe - Keeps in the fridge really well - I just make up a batch and serve with yoghurt - great for when your on the go. Thanks for the recipe tmrc_emoticons.)
