  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 12 large eggs
  • 180 g coconut oil
  • 80 g raw cauliflower

    Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 180C fan forced
    Line large loaf tin with baking paper
  2. No counter-clockwise operation"No counter-clockwise operation" Place the linseeds into the TM bowl and milk 15 sec speed 9
  3. Add almonds, bicarbonate soda and salt. Mill for 10 seconds speed 8. Remove to a bowl and set aside Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"
  4. Crack eggs into TM bowl and add coconut oil and cauliflower florets. Blend 4 mins speed 6Kettle"Kettle"
  5. Return almond mixture to bowl and mix blend 10 sec speed 5
  6. Pour batter into loaf tin
  7. Cook for 50min or until skewer comes out clean
