#TuesdayTipPlace your rolled scrolls into the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up before cutting into individual portions.
Personal preference really I'm sure I didn't cook first just cause I'm a little lazy lol

180 degrees will do the trick ☺️

do you cook the chorizo first?
Thank you! These scrolls were simple, healthy and loved by all. I added salami & bacon to mine rather than Chorizo and had a happy 7 year old. Will definitely be making these again!
I have made these many times. The family loves them and i put baby spinach leaves and capsicums and mushrooms into them too! lovely. They certainly dont last long.
These were a hit in my fussy household, thankyou, we will be baking these Scrolls again
I'd love to try these when my thermomix arrives (can't wait!) but what temp should they be baked at? Thanks
I made these yesterday.
They probably could have been done in 20 mins (wish I had read the comments above first). BUT - these are a HUGE hit with the men in my house (3 teenage boys and my partner). I initially made them for my daughters lunchbox (we'll have to hide hers).
