I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place yeast, sugar and water in "Closed lid"
1 min 37degrees sp 1
Place all other ingredients in "Closed lid"
Mix 6 sec/sp6
"Dough mode" 4 min.
Empty dough onto mat sprinkled with flour
Knead into a ball. Place in warmed, oiled glass bowl. Cover with a clean t towel
Let rise in warm spot until doubled in size.
I put mine over one of our central heating ducts.
Punch down. Knead into oval shape and place in warmed, oiled bread loaf tin.
Again place t towel over and place in a warm spot until risen to top of tin.
Place in cold oven
Turn oven on, 200c cook 45 min
Having a good quality bread tin helps as well.

I have been using another thermo bread recipe, but decided to try this one today. All I can say is WOW, from this point onwards this will be my go to recipe. Thank you for sharing!!!!!!
Love this recipe
Very easy and delicious! I left out the bread improver. Thank you!
Easy to make and taste so much better than bought bread. I have used this recipe to make all different type of loaves and works everytime.
Thank you
I LOVE this bread, I've made it a few times now and hubby & I both agree it's so yummy...
I put it in pre heated, oiled Thermoserver to rise, in the pantry (on a really cold day I put a heat pack under as well. Don't heat it too much) That just makes the rising time a little quicker..
I'll be making this often, thanks
