TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I used home made condensed milk and raw cacao powder. These got the thumbs up from everyone in the family! I didn't have chocolate sprinkles so I used desiccated coconut, crushed pistachios and buckwheat groats. Yum yum.
Very rich and decandent chewy chocolate
Lovely to have, will make again
Covered mine in sprinkles as was what I had
I made these for a Brazilian house guest and we made them together. I substituted 70% cacao cooking chocolate - 100gms. It was super easy, delicious and went down a treat at the Brazilian gathering we hosted for 14 exchange students. Thanks
OMG!!! These are AMAZING!!
So easy to make....and dangerously delicious!
Thanks for sharing
Delicious! I've seen these for sale in gourmet food shops recently and knew they would be easy to make - the crunchy sprinkles on the outside contrast with the gooey caramel. Not too sweet either. Am wondering if you could add some dark chocolate or coffee to the mix to change the flavours as well.
These were yum. Not sickly sweet as I half feared when I saw the ingredients. The cocoa gives a hint of bitterness that offsets the condensed milk. Simple to make with just a bit of time needed for rolling. I used one batch of homemade condensed milk.
Delicious recipes. The chocolate desserts you have given i like it. I will try to make this delicious chocolate praline today. www.lollymail.com.au
Delicious. I used carob powder instead of cocoa and kept them in the fridge. Great for an after dinner treat.
Sorry, did not rate these well at all. They just taste... Well... Not quite right. I followed the recipe exactly. Also it's a lot of varoma / heating time for very little product at the end.
back the tbe drawing board for me!
Saw these on the facebook page this morning, had the ingredients in the pantry so decided to give them a go. They turned out great! Such a quick and easy treat to whip up for a special occassion. Next time I will make my own condensed milk so they are even cheaper too but they are really budget friendly!
