Recipe's preparation

  1. Place cherries and sago in TM bowl.

  2. Cook for 5-7 minutes 90 degrees Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" + Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

Tip

Cherries can be stoneless or you can have fun removing the stones as you eat. Serve with cream.

    On revisiting the recipe, it was too much sago. I now use only a tablespoon.

    I think it might depend on how you like the sago, I'm happy with it a little less cooked.

    I made this today, but not sure I did it right?  I used the whole tin of cherries, including the syrup and 30g of seed tapioca.  I ended up cooking it for 20 minutes as the tapioca was still hard after only 7 minutes.  It tasted good, like thick cherry jam.  I'll serve it chilled and layered with lemon custard and cream.
