- 1 can condensed milk
- 4 cherry ripe bars
- 1 package NESTLE dark choc melts

Add Cherry Ripe bars to Thermomix bowl, set bowl to locked lid position
and put MC in place and crush bars using the turbo button until desired texture is achieved, about 4 times. Set aside.2.
Add both packets of tim tams to thermomix bowl, breaking in half each biscuit as you go. Put MC in place, Set dial to closed lid position
and press the turbo button about 4 times until mixture resembles rough biscuit crumbs.3.
Remove MC, Then pour in about half of the can of condensed milk and combine on speed 4-5
until well combined. Don't add too much condensed milk at once otherwise the mixture will be too wet and you wont be able to roll it into balls, once combined add the crushed up cherry ripes and combine, if it appears too dry add a little more condensed milk. Once mixture is combined, roll into small balls and set aside in fridge4.
Next add chocolate melts to clean and dry thermomix bowl, grate on speed 8 for 6 secs until fine. To melt chocolate 2-3mins/50'C/speed 3 or until melted. Using spatula scrape melted chocolate into a bowl then roll balls through till well covered. Using a spoon helps. Once covered place onto a tray lined with a thermomat or baking paper and leave to set in fridge.

If you don't have time to roll them in chocolate you can just roll them in coconut too! Just as yummy.

how easy were these to make!! I made a variety of these for my mother, mothern law & grandmothers for a recent present at a family gathering. I put them in jars & my boys wrote a simple message on a tag. What a treat!!!
Very easy and yum. I coated them in chocolate freckles.
