- 250 grams Plain chocolate biscuits, Broken in half
- 90 grams Cold Butter, Cubed
- 90 grams sugar
- 50 grams Thickening cream
- 6 Chocolate and cream Biscuits, Slightly broken
- 1-2 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 4 Chocolate & Cream Biscuits, For Decorations
- 500 grams Philadelphia Cream Cheese Block, Full Cream Is Better

1. Place 6 Chocolate cream biscuits into mixing bowl, turbo to form into crumbs and slightly chunky. Set aside (this is for the filling).2. Add roughly broken chocolate biscuits, blitz on Speed 9 untill fine.3. Add cold butter, blitz on speed 6 for 30-45seconds until a soft dough forms4. Press this into a spring form tin, place baking paper, it will be easy to remove. Set aside.5. Add cream cheese, blitz on speed 7 for 45seconds, scrape down side.6. Add vanilla & sugar on speed 4 for 1min, scrape down7. Add cream & blitz on speed 4 for 1 min, until creamy & smooth 8. Stir through chopped biscuits on speed 4 till mixed thought, takes about 3 seconds9. Place mixture on the biscouit base, spread out 10. Top with choc biscuits by hand11. Refridgerate for 6 -8 hours to furm up
