Dark Chocolate Lava Cake
- 100 grams Dark Choclate
- 40 grams Superfine flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk (option)
- 65 grams Butter
- 10 grams cocoa powder
- 25 grams sugar

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add chocolate and butter in to TM bowl. 4 mins , temp 80 and speed 1-3 to melt the chocolate and butter. Put aside.
Add eggs, sugar to TM bowl, 1 min, speed 3. Then add melted chocolate and butter mixture into the bowl and 1 min with speed 3 again.
Add flour and cocoa powder , 2 mins and speed 1-4.
Pour into 2 small baking moulds and bake in preheated oven 200 degree for 10 mins.
Tip
Baking time some time depend on individual oven. I am using my Philips air fryer , it's took me only 6 mins.
