Have just made this hellishly sweet, feast for the eyes and mouth! Yum, makes a change from the usual "copha" White Christmas I always make, much more festive and yes much more decadent! Thankyou.

I just made this and it turned out beautiful. Had in the fridge for an hour or so and cut into small 2-3cm pieces. A real winner- Thank you

I made this one twice this Christmas... I'm not a big fan of white chocolate but we loved this one!
Very sweet and easy to make. I would use the mini marshmellows when i make this next time. And give the pistacios a quick chop at the begining. I doubt there will be any of this left over tomorrow.
I would think as long as you would nomally keep white chocolate in the fridge will be fine.
