Healthy Protein Balls
- 60 grams Cashews
- 60 grams goji berries, dried
- 60 grams almonds
- 120 grams Pited Dates
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder or to taste
- 1 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon Chai Seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- some Desiccated Coconut, for coating

Add all ingredients (except coconut for coating) to TM and mix 50-60 sec speed speed 9 ( or until desired consistency). Roll into little balls and coat with the desiccated coconut. Enjoy now, or keep in fridge for later

Tip
If consistency is a little dry and wont roll nicely into a ball, add a drop more of oil and combine for 5 secs speed 9.
Too much oil will make them slopping and wont stay together.
