- 40 grams raw sugar
- 130 grams arborio rice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in TM Bowl.
Cook at 90 degrees, 50 minutes "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 MC on.
Once finished cooking, put some cling film directly onto the creamed rice to avoid forming a skin as it cools.
Sprinkle with berries to serve for visual appeal and to further reduce the sweetness.

Tip
Rice pudding will thicken on standing.
Either serve warm - delicious with some finely grated dark chocolate! Or chilled, my kids love this in their lunch boxes for school and sometimes even for breakfast!
