- 30 g Corn Flour
- 60-100 g sugar
- 500 g Milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder

1) Place Lime zest, ginger, sugar and corn flour in TM bowl and Mill for 10 secs / sp 9
2) Place eggs and Milk in bowl and cook for 7min / 90 degrees / sp 4
3) Transfer to Thermoserver or bowl immediately and serve once cooled slightly

I used 60g of sugar, lemon rind and a 3 cm piece of fresh ginger- thick, fresh and delicious thanks
