- 1 package Marie biscuits
- 120 g Butter
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 25 g caster sugar
- 40 g golden syrup
- 110 g mint aero bar
- 200 g milk chocolate bar

1. line a slice tin with baking paper
2. Add marie biscuits into TM bowl, blitz speed 5, 15 seconds, till resembles chunky bread crumbs, set aside.
3. add butter, sugar, syrup,cocoa & half the aero bar into the TM bowl, melt speed2, 3mins, 100 degree
4. insert butterfly, add biscuit crumbs to the bowl & combine speed 1, 20 seconds
5. pour into slice tin & press down firmly
6. clean TM bowl
7. add milk chocolate and melt speed 2, 2 mins, 50 degrees, while that is melting chop up remaing aero bar into small pieces
8. once chocloate is melted spread over the biscuit base and sprinkle with chopped aero
9. put in the fridge to set
10. once set remove from tin and chop into 16 pieces.
