2. Remove bisuits from bowl and wipe out with a clean dry towel. 3. Attach butterfly blade.
4.
Pour cream and food colouring into TM bowl and mix for 30 Sec /Speed 2 while pouring in condensed milk through the hole in the lid.
5.
Mix for 1 Min / speed 3.5
6.
Add biscuit pieces and mix for 45 sec / Speed 3.5 or until mixture looks thick and smooth (depending on the consistency of your biscuit things may get bouncy so please stay by your tmx)
7. Pop in an air tight container and pop in the freezer.
Biscuits
Ice Cream
Tip
The mint flavour maybe subtle to some tastes so adding a drop or two of mint essence maybe better to your taste.Could also use peppermint bubbly chocolate or similar if you don't like/can't have the biscuit?

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Made for Ada's birthday ice-cream cake. Very yummy. We added hoppers green colour and it made little difference, once frozen it was light brown. Only chopped biscuits for 10 sec.
I just made this in my TM31, it tastes yummy cannot wait to taste it when it is frozen
A goodie - i froze in springform tin and decorate with mini mint slice biscuits and slice up straight from freezer. Looks cool and so easy and yummy. Yet to try different flavours - could probably do anything using base recipe.
Delicious, one of the best icecreams I have made so far, and all the family loved it. Thank you.
