Ingredients

Layer one

  • 180 grams Butter
  • 1 package milk coffee biscuits

Layer two

  • 2 teaspoons gelatine
  • 1/2 cup Boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, About half a lemon
  • 1 can condensed milk, 400g if using TM condnesed milk

Layer 3

  • I pkt Jelly of choice, Raspberry, strawberry and port wine all work great
  • 2 teaspoons gelatine power

Recipe's preparation

    Step one
  1. ❣JELLY SLICE❣

     

    LAYER 1

    185gm butter

    1 packet of crushed milk coffee biscuits 

     

    LAYER 2 

    2 teaspoons gelatine 

    1/2 cup boiling water 

    2 tablespoons lemon juice 

    1 tin condensed milk

     

    LAYER 3 

    Red jelly 

    2 teaspoons gelatine 

     

    Melt butter and mix with crushed biscuits and press into container. Put in fridge. 

    120 secs/  55 degrees/speed 4 adding time to completely melted add biscuits crush 12 sec speed 5 scrape down sides and repeat 3 secs speed 5

    Dissolve gelatine in water. Add to the lemon juice and milk. Beat well together 40 seconds / speed 6

     

    . Pour over first layer. 

    Make red jelly as per packet with 2 teaspoons gelatine. When cool and thick pour over second layer, onto a spoon and set in refrigerator. Cut into squares when warm knife ❣
