- 1 Pink Lady apple, large
- 6 cashew nuts, roasted
- 6 bio dynamic raisins
- 1 tablespoon Linseeds
- 1/2 orange, medium
- 2 tablespoon TM Made A2 yoghurt

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Wash Apple. Cut into quaters. Remove stalk and dirt.
Squeeze orange juice over apple quarters.
Place apple pieces, raisins, cashews, linseeds into TM bowl.
Process 2-3 seconds at speed 5-6.
Scrap sides with spatula.
Process 1-2 seconds at speed 5-6.
Serve into breakfast bowl.
Serve with TM made yoghurt using A2 milk. See EDCB pg 19 Thick & creamy yoghurt & use A2 milk.
Pink Lady Delight
Tip
2 tablespoons rolled oats soaked overnight in juice of half an orange can be added to the Pink Lady Delight to make a delicious fresh Bircher Muesli.
The perfect breakfast and delicious any time of day to satisfy a sweet craving.
