- 2 pinches cinamon
- 130 grams Milk, Can use soya or dairy free
- 1 --- egg
- 3 drops vanilla extract

Grind 25 gr of linseeds 10 sec speed 9.
Insert the rest of the ingredients and mix for 8 secs speed 4.
Spray a pan with a little butter of olive oil and heat it up. With 2 full table spoons of mixure place it in the pan and shape into a pancake shape. Turn over when bubbles starts to show.
Porridge oats pancakes
Tip
Serve pancake with any syrup or honey.
Chocolate cocoa powder can be add for chocolate pancakes. 1 tsp

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
