- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 8 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup, unsalted cashews
- 3 cups, desiccated coconut, 2 cups for mixture, 1 cup for coating bliss balls

Add all ingredients (bar 1 cup of desiccated coconut) and blend in Thermomix til a smooth, textured consistency - 1 minute (longer if needed), speed 4. Remove mixture from bowl, use your hands to shape into balls. Either leave as they are or roll into coconut or other coating of your choice.
Other coatings may consist of;
Cacoa powder
Melted chocolate
Nuts/Seeds
LSA

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Delicious, healthy
was nice to eat a different Protein Ball than chocolate ones.
Really yummy! I used mixed berries instead of just raspberries as thats all I had. Oh and I added some probiotics to the mixture for extra goodness!

Yum yum yum!! I have made a lot of different bliss balls and these are a real treat. I did change one of the cups of coconut with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Thanks for this recipe
