- 250 grams Almonds raw
- 125 grams Shredded coconut
- 125 grams pumpkin seeds/pepitas
- 125 grams Hemp Seeds
- 125 grams chia seeds
- 125 grams Coconut butter
- 125 grams honey/agave or coconut nectar
- 100 grams coconut oil
- 4 medjool dates pitted
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt/Celtic Sea Salt
- zest of 1 lemon
- 150 grams rolled oats
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup Sherred coconut
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Coconut butter
- 1/4 cup Agave Syurp
- 4 level tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 4 medjool dates
- 1 level teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 1 zest lemon
- 1 cup oats

- 1. Put almonds in TM chop for 6 seconds speed 9 set aside.
Put coconut, pumpkin seeds, hemp and chia in TM chop for 3 seconds speed 9 set aside.
Put lemon peel in TM and chop for 6 seconds speed 9 add coconut oil (if solid) melt for 2 minutes at 50 degrees speed 2.
Add coconut butter, sweetner of your choice dates and salt mix for 8 seconds speed 8 or till you have a nice paste may need to scrape down sides.
Add set aside ingredients plus oats and mix for 20 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2
Press firmly into an 8x8 tin and refrigerate before serving

This is delicious, but the quantities seem huge. I have a TM5 but I couldn't fit all the ingredients back in the bowl and finished mixing by hand. I also put it in a far larger tin (but I guess that depends on how thick you like the bars). Will definitely do again, but probably half quantities next time!
