- 20 grams cacao powder, raw, Your Favourite one
- 120 grams milk, oat, Can be substituted to your preferred plant based milk or water
- 1 tsp honey
- 130 grams hot water
- to taste ground cinnamon, (Optional)

- 1. "Kettle" Boil the kettle. Put aside in mug and allow to cool, slightly.
- 2. Add cacao, milk, honey, cinnamon and hot (not boiling) water to mixing bowl.
- 3. "Blend" Blend for 10s or until frothy.

Tip
*This is for ceremonial grade cacao, cooking cacao will not taste the same.
**If the taste is too bitter for your liking, add more honey.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
