Recipe's preparation

Get Them Through the Afternoon Smoothie
  1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and blend for 40 sec on speed 8 or until completely combined.

Tip

This makes two adult glasses and two children’s cups. Or one adult and two children’s serves with extras to answer the call for more.

If you don't have the chia oil leave it out tmrc_emoticons.)

You could halve or double the recipe easily. For a thinner consistency add another 50g of milk. For a thicker consistency add a few more ice cubes or frozen fruit pieces and give it to your children in a cup with a spoon.

Hello! Do you know the vitamix? I am wondering if the TM 21 blends as good as the Vitamix.

    Is it totally smooth? Thanks!
