- 2 Kale stalk leaves, (remove stalks)
- 8 mint leaves, fresh
- 30g Celery
- 130g orange, (remove skin and white)
- 80g cucumber
- 2 Lady Finger Bananas, (Skin removed)
- 1 Pear, (Cored)
- 15g Baby Spinach Leaves
- 100g berries in season
- 100g water, (or Coconut water)
- 100g ice cubes

1. Remove Kale leaves from stalks, chop roughly.
2. Place Kale and mint in the TB 3sec sp9. Scrap down bowl and repeat 3sec sp9.
3. Add celery and orange in the TB 3sec sp9.
4. Scrap down side of bowl. Add all fruit and vegetables to the TB 10sec sp6.
5. Put water and ice into TB 30sec sp10.
6. Pour into glass and enjoy.
(This mixture will make enough for 2 or 3 smoothies. Store remaining mixture in a airtight jar in the fridge. Will keep for up to 3 days).

Tip
Add 2 tsp of protien powder to step 6, to fill you up for longer.
