- 15 grams raw sugar
- 25 grams oats
- 20 grams LSA (blended linseeds, sunflower seed, almonds)
- 1-2 bananas, frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 100 grams ice
- 50 grams Frozen Berries
- 400 grams Lite milk

Place sugar, oats and LSA in mixing bowl. Mill 15 sec/ sp 9.
2. Add banana, vanilla, ice, berries and milk. Blend 1 min/ sp 9. Add extra milk if thinner consistancy desired. Serve immediately.
Tip
Add any fruit you desire in addition to the banana, you can also use honey to sweeten in place of the sugar and vanilla.

Very nice. I would definitely make it again, but with half a banana and add honey.
Great recipe but i would tweak it a little bit with using a little less LSA and adding honey.
I'm not a huge smoothie fan so I'll tweak this a little to suit next time. Only use 1 banana, halve oats, used mixed frozen berries. Good though!
