I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Break the chocolate into blocks and place into thermomix bowl and mill for 5 secs at speed 7.
Scrape down the sides and add the milk to the bowl.
Add the cornflour, be sure to add it to the milk and not to the blades.
Cook for 8 minutes at 90º speed 4.
Pour into cups. It will thicken as it cools.
Tip
This recipe is based on the spanish hot chocolate available from san churros. The idea being that it should be nice and thick enough for you to dip your churros in.
Milk chocolate and white chocolate can also be used.
You can also add in cinnamon, chilli, orange, almonds etc

Absolutely delicious!!! Best hot chocolate I have made in the thermomix. I used Lindt 70% chocolate.
Enjoyed this on a cold rainy day! Super delicious.
This is the absolute bomb. So easy. A keeper
This was super easy and the perfect consistency. What brand of chocolate do you use? I made it with Lindt and found it was way too bitter. I'm interested in your thoughts thanks!
I really liked this, reminded of a little cafe I went to in Italy! Too sweet for my family but all the more for me!
this is very very yummy!! I ended up using up the last of our Easter egg stash for the chocolate, & it was delicious. Thickened up just nicely, after standing for a bit. Mmmm, this could be dangerous
Yum! I did add extra milk and more corn flour as it was a bit sweet.
HI Sonay, it should start to thicken in the cup once it starts cooling down
Nice recipe but not enough cornflour... I added 1 TBSP and still it was runny.
