- 1/4 pineapple, flesh only
- 1 orange, flesh only
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 handful of ice, (approx 100g)
- 1 MC water, (100g)

Add all ingredients except water into TM bowl and blend on Speed 10 for 30 seconds.
Add 1 full MC of water into TM bowl and continue blending for another 30-60 seconds on Speed 10.
Enjoy!
Tip
Easily adjusted to make larger quantities- I have often doubled the recipe which makes around 1 litre.
