Smoked Sallmon
- 900 g water
- 60 g Butter
- 150 g white wine
- 100 g Smoked Salmon
- 1 carrot, Rough Cut
- 1 roasted capsicum
- 2 tablespoon TM veg stock, or 2 stock cubes
- 1 tablespoon parsley, (Garnish)
- 1 onion, Halved
- 500 g Aborio Rice
- 100 g cream

Place Onion, Carrott & Roasted Capsicum into TM bowl and chop 4-5 Seconds on speed 7
Add butter and saute for 2mins 100 degrees on Speed 1
Insert Butterfly add White Wine & Rice and saute for 2mins 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" reverse speed 1
Add Water and Stock and cook for 10mins 100 degrees reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
Add Cream and Smoked Salmon and cook for 6mins 100degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" reverse speed 1
Garnish with parsley
Enjoy
Smoked Salmon & Roast Capsicum Risotto
Tip
- add baby spinach leaves to the bottom of the thermosaver, pour risotto over and let sit for 5-10 minutes
- garnish with parsley and/or fish roe
Roasted Capsicum
(I had home roasted a bag of capsicums previous day. I used 2 halves (one whole) roasted capsicum in this recipe.

Found this to be quite bland but nice once I added salt and pepper.
