Ingredients

Smoked Sallmon

  • 900 g water
  • 60 g Butter
  • 150 g white wine
  • 100 g Smoked Salmon
  • 1 carrot, Rough Cut
  • 1 roasted capsicum
  • 2 tablespoon TM veg stock, or 2 stock cubes
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, (Garnish)
  • 1 onion, Halved
  • 500 g Aborio Rice
  • 100 g cream

Recipe's preparation

    Smoked Salmon & Roast Capsicum Risotto
  1. Place Onion, Carrott & Roasted Capsicum into TM bowl and chop 4-5 Seconds on speed 7

     

    Add butter and saute for 2mins 100 degrees on Speed 1

     

    Insert Butterfly add White Wine & Rice and saute for 2mins 100 degrees Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" reverse speed 1

     

    Add Water and Stock and cook for 10mins 100 degrees reverse Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1

     

    Add Cream and Smoked Salmon and cook for 6mins 100degrees  Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" reverse speed 1

     

    Garnish with parsley

     

    Enjoy

     

     

Tip

- add baby spinach leaves to the bottom of the thermosaver, pour risotto over and let sit for 5-10 minutes

- garnish with parsley and/or fish roe

 

 Roasted Capsicum

(I had home roasted a bag of capsicums previous day. I used 2 halves (one whole) roasted capsicum in this recipe.
