Recipe's preparation

    Prep Ingredients
  1. -Quarter onion.
    -Put 1Tbls Masala, 1Tbls Curry Powder and 1Tbls Salt together in a small bowl/cup
  2. -Put 2 x Large Tomatoes in Boiling water
  3. -Cube 700g Lamb Steaks
  4. -Peel 4x potatoes and Quarter. Rest in water
  5. Make Curry
  6. Add Quartered Onion to be chopped. 5 sec/speed 5
  7. Scrape down sides with spatula.
  8. Add Oil, Garlic and Ginger, Sauté until fragrant. 1 Tbls Olive Oil 1 Tbls of garlic and ginger mix 2 min/100°C/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.
  9. Add Masala, Curry Powder and Salt. 1 Tbls of Malsala 1 Tbls of Curry Powder 1 Tbls Salt 2 min/100°C/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
  10. Add Water and Lamb. Cook for 45 Minutes. With Simmering Basket Ferment"Ferment" on top. 700g Lamb steaks cubed 125ml Water 54 min/95°C/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
  11. Quarter, and Poke Potatoes with fork and add potatoes. 5 Potatoes (Add more if you want more) Soak whole tomatoes in boiling water and peel. Cut/Slice up tomato that tomato and all its juices fall into bowl. Cook until potatoes are soft. Simmering Basket Ferment"Ferment" on top. 2 Large Tomatoes 45 min/95°C/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
  12. Remove Simmering Basket and Lid. Give a gentle mix with spatula. Put lid on with no Simmering Basket. 15 min/98°C/speed 0.5
  13. Best served with a Quarter Loaf of Bread Hollowed out(Bunny Chow), Naan Bread, Roti, Rice or on a Buttered Roll.

Just test Potatoes, push a fork into them to tell if cooked. Enjoy 😉
