- - Set Thermomix to Slow Cooker Mode (install blade cover if using if not chicken will naturally shred throughout cook time
"Blend" ).
- Cut Chicken Breasts into quarters or halves pending size.
- Pour taco seasoning over the chicken
- Pour salsa over top of taco seasoning and chicken.
- Cook for 4-5 hours on slow cooker mode 95 degrees.
- At end of cook time add a can of black beans and salt to taste if required. - I've used this Mexican chicken mixed with refried beans for burritos. With cheese for quesadillas, for Nachos and also with Pasta.

If using blade cover, shred or pull apart chicken with forks.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
