  • 1 apple, Green and Chopped
  • 200 grams water, ( or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup, or Honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Chopped Walnuts and Maple Syrup

    Method
  1. Remove MC / Speed 7/ Drop knob of ginger / 2 Sec

     

  2. Add chopped Apple /Speed 5/ 3 Seconds

  3. Scrape bowl / Add remaining ingredients 8mins/90 degrees/No counter-clockwise operation"No counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2

    So sorry! I left 2 important ingredients from the list! The Ginger and the Chia Seeds which will help thicken the porridge...

    Hi Diane - I think the ginger is just missing from the ingredients list. I didn't have any ginger on hand when I made this today so I skipped that step anyway but I think it would give it an interesting kick.

    Made this this morning: I used 100g water/100g milk and a pink apple because I didn't have any green ones. It's pretty nice but it makes a really big bowlful - I reckon it could easily feed 2 people. Next time I think I'd add a bit less liquid (maybe only 180g total) because it came out pretty wet and I like to add an extra splash of milk after I've cooked my porridge.
