Recipe's preparation

    To make the dip:
  1. Open the canned asparagus and drain well.

Get the cream cheese out of the fridge, to bring to room temperature.

Peel a clove of garlic and chop for 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Add all the other ingredients and whizz up for 10 sec/speed 6.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and put it on for another 10 sec/speed 6 if desired - gets to a finer consistency.

Serve with chips, antipasto platter or use as a spread.

Tip

It is an easy option to a guacamole type dip. It is a mild dip so you could easyily add spices.

Nice taste. Be careful when you buy tinned asparagus as 1 X 425gm can of Edgell Asparagus only had 200gms of asparagus after water was drained.

i think small pieces of bread dipped in here would suit. I didn't think it went well with biscuits but that could be me.
