    Method
  1. Place Shallots in bowle chop speed 6 for 6 seconds, add philly cheese, avocardo, salt and pepper and hit the turbo for 4 to 5 times, scrape down sides then mix speed 4 for 30 seconnds or untill smooth and creamy. 

     

    serve with your favorite biscuits.

    Loving everyones comments. Im about to make this so will cut back on shallots, and add a little lime juice or lemon juice and a touch of garlic.

    loved the consistency but thought a little bland.
    Added sweet chilli sauce and lime juice which gave it that little bit of zing which I thought it needed

    This was delicious! It does need a lot of salt added, I found it best with pure salt flakes. Yum!

    Very nice but would put in less onion next time. Used white and green parts. I didn't put lemon in and hopefully it won't discolour overnight tmrc_emoticons.)
