Chili peanut butter
- 10 g dried chillies
- 75 g peanut oil
- 410 g crunchy peanut butter

- Add chillies to bowl. Grind to flakes. Save half to a jar in the pantry.
Time 10 seconds, speed 5 - Add peanut oil. Heat.
Time 5 minutes. Temp 100 degrees. Speed stir. - Let rest until cool. Save all but a couple of teaspoons of the chili oil into a glass jar, store in fridge for later use.
- To the residual oil, add peanut butter. Blend until chili oil is completely integrated.
Time 20 seconds. Speed stir. - Spoon into a jar for storage.
This is a great recipe for those who grow their own chillies and have access to a yummy locally made peanut butter. Useful by-products are chili flakes and chili oil.
