Ingredients

Beetroot & Feta Dip

  • 3 medium to large beetroot
  • 200 grams Australian or Danish feta
  • 5 grams macadamia oil or olive oil
  • 80 grams balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch sea or rock salt

Recipe's preparation

    Beetroot & Feta Dip
  1. Wrap each Beetroot in foil and cook in a 180degC oven for about 45 minutes or until soft.

    Place peeled and chopped Beetroot in TM bowl mix gradually from speed 1-9.

    Scrape down sides and add chopped Feta, Oil & Vinegar. 

    Mix for 30 seconds on speed 3 or until desired consistency is achieved.

    Salt to taste. 

    Place in a bowl and add extra vinegar if needed! 

    Serve with crackers or fresh bread 

    Enjoy
