Beetroot & Feta Dip
- 3 medium to large beetroot
- 200 grams Australian or Danish feta
- 5 grams macadamia oil or olive oil
- 80 grams balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch sea or rock salt

Wrap each Beetroot in foil and cook in a 180degC oven for about 45 minutes or until soft.
Place peeled and chopped Beetroot in TM bowl mix gradually from speed 1-9.
Scrape down sides and add chopped Feta, Oil & Vinegar.
Mix for 30 seconds on speed 3 or until desired consistency is achieved.
Salt to taste.
Place in a bowl and add extra vinegar if needed!
Serve with crackers or fresh bread
