Recipe's preparation

    Recipe steps
  1. Add the pealed and chopped apple, the cranberries and the caster sugar into Closed lid"Closed lid"  TM mixing bowl, squeeze the juice from half an orange (optional) and add a splash of water and cook for 8 min / 100C / speed 2

  2.  

    Chop for 5 sec / speed 5

  3.  

    You can use this compote with you meats or you can have it with yogurt, pancakes or waffles for breakfast (see below)

  4. For a healthy breakfast
  5. The Apple and cranberry compote with greek yogurt and maple granola is a great way to use the compote.

     

  6. In individual little pots, add one 1/4 cup yogurt layer and layer with 1/4 cup cranberry sauce and repeat.

  7. Finally, heat some granola in a pan with a good drizzle of maple syrup until caramelised and add as toping.
