  • Colby Cheese 300 g
  • Evaporated milk 400 gram
  • Onion soup mix 1 package

Recipe's preparation

  1. Turn oven on to 200.
    Add diced cheese to mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds, speed 9, MC on.
  2. Add the other ingredients and cook
    10 minutes, 55 degrees, speed 2, MC on
  3. Once it's cooked, spread on sliced bread and roll. Bake, then grill at 200 until cooked and bread is browned.
    Remove from oven then spread cooked rolls with dobs of butter and enjoy (on their own, or accompany with soup).

Tip

Best used with sandwich sliced bread.
Remove side crusts for easier rolling.
Can use white or brown bread.
Can use onion and bacon flavoured soup mix.
