    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I used the low fat Bega tasty cheese and crème Friache and it's really nice, I'm going to try adding an extra 25/50g of the crème friache to make the tasty cheese flavour slightly more mild ... but adjust to your taste. Thumbs up from me 😊

I've just looked on the original recipe and it says you can freeze for 3 months!

Can I please ask, did you use the Creme Fraiche or Sour Cream?

I attempted this super easy recipe tonight.
My grandson had a taste, he tried like I killed his cat, other half tried some, gagged foe 5 minutes in kitchen sink (this was a tad funny) and said no wonder the kid cried.

Now was it coz I used the Creme Fraiche or coz they tried it too soon?

I have never cooked with or even tried Creme Fraiche before.

    Would look your feedback?

Very easy to make, taste and texture perfect. I mixed it up with three different cheeses. Certainly a winner at my house.

Fantastic recipe! The whole family loves it. Great with crackers but delicious on toast or sandwiches too. The only thing I did different was added about 25ml milk, it just makes it a little softer and more spreadable/dippable.
